STS since last Wednesday.
For the exercise challenge (i.e. indoor bike) a lot less than last week + 1 hour and 27 minutes.
Also did the usual biking grocery trips, a short walk to get free blackberries and now making a bit of progress gardening.
Thanks.

STS since last Wednesday.
For the exercise challenge (using the indoor bike) + 3 hours and 19 minutes.
The rest of the exercise was only a couple of miles outdoor biking (local shopping and checking a nearby plum tree for free plums) but lots of gardening.
Possibly still eating more but not gaining (yet).
Thanks.
