Happy to report a 1.2lb loss this week.
I've decided to walk the 2 miles to work and run home if the weather is dry. My brother has challenged me to a step challenge on Fitbit, so there is a lot more walking going on.
Seems to be working.

Exercise types and levels remain about the same as last week. Also, average weekly calories continue to increase. No weight recording was taken this morning.
My cold/flu problem seems to be going through different stages (currently
headaches) so have not really "got going" with the year. Have been calculating some figures from last year - 306 miles outdoor cycling and 4lbs lost (2016). The outdoor cycling decreased from 2015 but the weight loss differed from the two previous years which were weight gain.0 -

Since 11/1/2017 + 2lbs.
I have had much more exercise last week (indoor/outdoor bike and a bit of gardening). The average weekly calories were less by my calculation.

0.4lb loss this week. Not a lot but all in the right direction and I'm still on target for my 1lb a week goal.
My body fat % has gone down from 41.6% to 40.9%
Pleased with the way its trickling away

A gain from me this week, only a little 0.6lb gain.
I've done zero exercise and we succumbed to a Chinese last night so I was expecting it.
