+ 2lbs since last Wednesday.
For the exercise challenge :-
Outdoor bicycle = 55 minutes.
Indoor bicycle = 5 hours and 56 minutes.
Walking (to an appointment/shop and back) = 43 minutes.
Gardening = 54 minutes.
The weight increase was expected; ate more, bad weather for outdoor exercise and under par.

Indoor bicycle = 1 hour 4 minutes and 49 seconds.
Walking (to an appointment and back) = 26 minutes.
Gardening = 3 minutes.
So that ends timed exercise for March 2017. Thanks fredsnail.

Since last Wednesday + 4lbs. (Totally unexpected as I expected to have lost 2lbs. Lots of exercise and calories were less).
For April 2017, please fredsnail, I will just record gardening time for the exercise challenge. So far = 85 minutes.
