Since end 7/4/17, another 205 minutes of gardening exercise towards the London to Aintree challenge.

Since last Wednesday - 4lbs. (So off again, calories were about the same but probably all types of exercise increased).

    Thanks.

Another 153 minutes of gardening exercise towards the London to Aintree challenge.

Since last Wednesday, weekly calories went up due to one day of "overeating", so didn't do the weight recording as the result might affect me adversely. Also, the outdoor bike is no longer in use (too expensive/unsafe to repair). Hope to replace it soon.

    Thanks and good luck.

Another 205 minutes of gardening exercise towards the London to Aintree challenge. Other exercises have included one small walk, indoor weights once and outdoor biking. (Got another bike so have felt more motivated).

    Since 12/4/2017, - 2lb.

    Thanks.

P.S. Please disregard me as (potential) SOTW due to two week gap of weight recordings, if that's okay with you fredsnail? Good luck.

Hi Syman - I'm glad you're still around - it's hard when things are really busy. Look forward to seeing you back in a bit.
