PAYG/Monthly Data hungry, alternative to big suppliers

OK peeps approached me as if complaining as something is better or different etc...as if I am having some sort comertial interests...
So here it is MY personal trial and experiences with variety of networks and sub'networks in order of importance to me:
1- amount of data allowance for money paid ( that includes tethering, else it doesn't make sense as I'm using MY data(
2- quality and speed of network and it is very specific to MY areas of usage, some (often) are rural home counties, where it all boiled down to reliability absolutely irrelevant to official coverage maps.
3- I don't care, who has paying (or did) what on long term contracts and if such could/would represent better value for money. As stated in the first post- whole nature of "services" is selling air and contracts to sell air and justify charges for collecting the charges. If suppliers not interested to represent value for money service on monthly basis- they don't deserve MY commitment.
4- based on MY experience already, CS matters alot to me and even if many points above are good, but I end up talking to "backward monkeys"- I ( in capitals) will not use them.
As stated in earlier posts my experiences or valuation of different "services" and coverage:
3.co.UK where decent value, decent coverage, so so CS...
Tello- same as above, but way better CS, but as for big amounts of data usage- doesn't fit my requirements.
iD mobile is having same whooped policy in relation to tethering as 3, but could would (maybe) be decent alternative.
EE had good offers, it might fit my needs as second SIM for data alone as the speed (when in coverage) proven to be best, latest deals unfortunately are expensive in comparison and CS is ok, but they had plenty of issues, when customers are ripped off and they are the biggest network (big turn off for me)
Delight- Vectone side kick, as above, but CS is anecdotic, though could represent near best value.
TPO is in the clouds over tethering- their, not my loss, but has plenty good going for them
GiffGaff (O2) whilst seemed decent value and decent all-round turned out joke in speeds...
O2 you might think could be better, but money for data amounts plans still high and based on GfGf experience will not suit my needs. Here, I stated, but I'll repeat again- my tests are 3G, not 4G, your findings might be different.
Else, what's not tested (Vodafone)- I will not, as CS proven to be absolutely worsesesd on a planet, their MVNO's don't have no decent plans to suit MY needs.
Any suggestions for my next test in a weeks time- I'd love to hear about.

KK...
Nearly ordered globe Phone/SIM and to up, but decided to check situation on what's what (020 3701 2373)
Unl mins/txts and 7GB deal for £15PCM is great, they are piggyback'ing of EE (not that great), they have 3G, not 4g service and they do allow "hotspot" on iPhones, but not Tethering on a normal phone... Shame- deal breaker!
Also, all of the future top-ups would give me additional 20% extra. CS sounded very sensible, fair and got answered quickly....
Shame, it doesn't fit my requirements, I'll pass on this service provider for now, but ir seems to be the best deal currently all-round (£15 - all inn).
Any other suggestions for my usage to test, before the 9'th as when one of my SIMs allowance expires?

(copy/paste summary from other thread)
TPO's are idiots, regarding allowances- own data allowances are not permitted to tether, thus mean ban or whatever else...
(same goes about iD Mobile)
Alternatives:
EE still does £10 PCM 100GB allowance until Christmas( http://shop.ee.co.uk/campaigns/christmas-sim-from-ee? )
Last time I spoke to lifemobile.co.uk their £15 (with 6GB data) allowed tethering
tello.co.uk are very reasonable for a light user cost ways (uses "3" network)
ukglobetel.com (uses EE)is best value plan for £15PCM you get everything unlimited(7GB data), but as it comes to tethering- unsure to be honest, as they said on iPhone its OK, but not on other devices... also, untested, cant vouch for CS
I do not recommend neither Vectone or Delight due to atrocious record in business practices and tested- CS,
nor GiffGaff (uses O2) data speeds are diabolically slow on 3G0
