There are 3-5 bars but with a tiny 'R' above. The settings are the same as for my previous two providers and I've restarted and checked everything but not a single KB of mobile data has been used. This is after checking in another location, i.e. the town centre.
Gave up on the call centre after 52 minutes.

OrTo enable Mobile Data, turn on Data Roaming, change the APN to 'webuk.mundio.com' and restart your phone. Dial 322 for further assistance. Vectone Mobile.

Thanks but I've already tried everything in those links.
I've even changed the other 4 values as advised on this site....

but they cannot be saved because when I go back and check, they are gone.0 -

On 7.0 (Nougat), there is no 'save' as shown in pic no. 11.

I do not remember exactly was it 3311 or 3111 to send the text to "Internet"; received settings notification, entered pass 1234 and settings have been applied to the same (or none notable difference to the ones done manually) parameters. for the main (data SIM)

I will try this cashback offer myself for the next SIM I order
I did manage to get through to CS on Sunday (took 50 minutes) and they advised sending 'Internet' to 3311, but nothing came back. Before I began once again restoring the APN settings to Vectone however, I thought it could do no harm to change the roaming setting as per your screenshot. As soon as I did this an H appeared next to the R and I found I was data-connected at last, but to whom, I really don't know! I then wasted several minutes on their website trying to find out how to buy a bundle from the preloded credit. They fail to tell you that you have to register access to the account online in order to spend, which I duly did. They actually charge you for this as I found nearly a pound had been taken from my credit due to the extortionate price for out-of-bundle data, which equates to £92.16 per GB. This was taken from my free £10 credit (which has to be used within 30 days), so it looks as though you don't have to spend the paid-for balance first. I tried to purchase the half-price 30GB/£7.50 promotional offer, but wasn't allowed to from either balance. I then realized I would be unable to buy three x 30GB/mins/txts bundles at the non-promotional £10 rate because they had reduced my total balance to just over £29!
I later realized that you didn't need to register using the phone with the SIM in it, you could use a library or other PC as long as you knew your phone no.
So, this is what I would advise people to do if they get a preloaded SIM, i.e. register and buy the bundle before even putting the SIM in your phone.0 -

I have the following to report. If you've already got the preloaded SIM, can you tell me which balance the bundle came off?

sorry cant help right now as I'm back home & not using vectone at the moment
Im planning on going away again on the 14th of april so will be buying another vectone sim then
Im not sure yet whether I will buy the same/similiar sim as last time (ie preloaded bundle at half price as a 'new' customer) or use your suggestion of buying a sim with preloaded credit to get quidco cashback then buy a bundle
sorry looks like you will have to be the guinea pig for now !0 -

TBH I cant understand why you cant buy a bundle with loaded credit - that sounds completely absurd if correct
just do a visa chargeback - thats not acceptable especially refusing to refund you when you only wanted to re-use the refund to buy a bundle
guess the guinea pig died during the test0
