I won't give the correct description, I don't want a warning from the FT.0

If so, that would fund 4 months of the 30GB/£10 deal, the one which doesn't appear to have tethering restrictions. As this works out at £7.50 pm, I thought I'd go for it as I ordered the Asda free SIM with 10MB on it and speed is OK.
But.... can anybody find this SIM on their website, because I can't!

Hard work to be with them, possible? possibly? maybe? maybe not?
They are clearly aware of their pricing/promotions mess, I believe, they are only passing separate deals, not "straight forward" plans in to further promotion sites.
as it comes to my £15 credit, missing account counter (since porting the number over) and other bits, I only had response, that they will respond within 48hrs
as it comes to reception, worked right at the end of the sticks today- 0 signal, used Tesco (O2) SIM to send email... did not have high expectations to start with, not too disappointed, as important contacts do have alternative numbers to reach me anyway.

I can find the £20 preloaded SIM offer on Vectone's site, for which Quidco are offering £20. If I ordered this in the morning, when do you think it might arrive?0

Don't take my word for it, but I had delivered, once ordered with DD card within couple of days...0 -

IIRC the sims normally arrive within 2 to 3 days
I assume you ordered from this page
https://www.vectonemobile.co.uk/vmsim/order
looking at this other page
https://www.vectonemobile.co.uk/offers/free-credit
suggests the bonus has to be used within 30 days
So its might expire if you plan to try to only use £10 per month
- I expect normal credit is deducted from the balance first
I will try this cashback offer myself for the next SIM I order - just wondering if I ordered a 'new sim with bundle' again rather than a preloaded credit sim if the cashback might still track0 -

I've just seen the confirmation email and they say that the SIM will be preloaded with £25. It definitely stated the bonus would be £10 on the application process. It's not looking good!Inigo_Montoya wrote: »So it might expire if you plan to try to only use £10 per month

just another speed report
I just used my vectone sim again after having 5 days off - just did a speed test & I managed to get 6 to 7 Mbps which is the best speed yet
However it is 1.30am in the morning so that maybe the reason
But clearly throttling isnt in place all the time
edit : lunchtime following day & speed dropped to 3.6 Mbps so still OK/relatively unthrottled0 -
SIM ordered 2.25pm Thursday, arrived Saturday. Also, it's loaded with £30, not the £25 stated in the email. But....I can't get any internet on it at all! There are 3-5 bars but with a tiny 'R' above. The settings are the same as for my previous two providers and I've restarted and checked everything but not a single KB of mobile data has been used. This is after checking in another location, i.e. the town centre.
Gave up on the call centre after 52 minutes.0 -
The R indicates roaming. The poor customer service is how they offer the initial cheap price.0
