Who washes their hair everyday?

I was it every other day usually. I always condition the same time I shampoo. My hair is very fine and I feel it would break easily if I don't condition.
I only was it more often if I go to the gym more often!0 -
Unless you do a lot of sport/physical exercise which makes your scalp sweaty, or you've got greasy teenage hair (!) it shouldn't be necessary to wash your hair every day.
I wash mine every 2-3 days.0 -
I've got fairly long hair and have washed and conditioned it every day for as long as I can remember. I used to use expensive stuff (John Frieda) but decided it was a luxury I couldn't afford and now use Tresemme Naturals and my hair's still in good condition.0

I wish my body was that convenient!0 -

I know people say it's bad to wash it everyday and that stripping the natural oils will make it oilier, but it's not particularly oily anyway, I just wash it because I don't like the feeling of an unwashed head lol.
My hair is in great condition - although washing everyday does seem to make my hair dye fade quicker.
Edit to add: I don't think there's anything wrong with washing your hair less often though, it really is something that comes down to personal preference.
Completely agree, my scalp dose not feel right if I don't was every day. I did try hair extensions which where amazing but I struggled as they told me to only wash every week. I managed it once and god it felt horrible.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -

(Actually, there's no need to shower every single day either, as long as you wash the 'parts that need washing' daily)

For a lot of us, its not really about whether its necessary to wash our hair every day. I don't need to wash it every day but I like it to feel clean. It won't look dirty if I don't wash it but I'll know it isn't clean, it doesn't feel clean. Same reason I have a shower every morning. Not because I need to but because I want to. Same reason I put clean clothes on every day. Not because I need to but because I want to.0 -

Not for me it isn't. Once I'm under the nice hot running water I stay in there for ages, lol0 -

Regards clothes, there's clothes you change every day, but also things like skirts/trousers/cardigans that you wear for several days, no?0
