    1st bill - 22 June
    2nd bill - 22 Jul
    3rd Bill - 22 Aug
    4th Bill - 22 Sep
    5th Bill - 22 Oct

So I'm assuming I need to send my 5th bill, because its 4 months after my connection?

Bill number is irrelevant. The October bill is correct, however, assuming you are on the "price-match" t&c - which you almost certainly are! I'd also take a small bet you're on Orange - probably with the Nokia 6300?

Thought so. Wonder how many others would have worked that out from your information? Lol! Maybe I do know what I'm talking about after all...

    4. Send the copy via recorded (not special) delivery. Do not send it early there is a £10 charge with the copy of the entire airtime bill send copy of your invoice, a printout of the website's cashback schedule from their site, and a number port letter or bill showing port if you have ported, your voucher (printouts available from the cashback link) filled in with the transaction number, mobile and amount.

Why not SD? I've used this in the past with OSPS and not had any problems? I've 3x contracts running with them at the moment, the cashback team have actually been quite helpful. One is a pricematch contract so the T&Cs are more stringent and I've sent my claim for this via SD, as quite frankly I don't trust recorded delivery & I know if the initial claim is denied the others are invalidated.

They do seem a little all over the place in terms of the operator advise though. If in doubt email them so you have a written record (and therefore comeback) of the dates to claim and type of bill you have to supply (photocopies of monthly bills are acceptable for normal claims but not for pricematch contracts, etc). I've also an email stating that you no longer need vouchers to claim the cashback, but I err on the side of caution & always send vouchers, original bills, a confirmation letter if I've ported (although Orange have stopped issuing these) etc.

I've only ever had one cashback denied and that was with E2Save, the operator gave me misleading advise, hence the recommendation to contact via email. So if you do talk to anyone make sure you get the idiotcheck of staff name, date and time of call.
I do hope you're telling the truth?

That link now takes you to E2Save website with nowhere to check the progress of your cashback claim
  • I didn't think that you had to send original bills anymore - copies are now acceptable, even on pricematch deals. I have an email from E2Save/OSPS stating:
"Due to the new Laws in place, I can confirm that e2save.com will be
accepting copies of bills when claiming cashback."

Hey if you've an email all well and good - I've had 2x helpdesk people tell me that copies are acceptable for normal deals but they MUST be originals for PM contracts - I'm not going to give them an excuse for denying a claim so originals are sent.

It's very annoying as I need to check my cashback for my final claim, especially as my better half only got proof of posting rather than the recorded delivery I asked for

edit: Surprise, surprise they haven't received it. Please does somebody have the link to the copy of their claim form. I'm thinking of just sending it in again, but recrded delivery this time as I am still in the time frame.

    edit2: found it http://www.duckmagicuk2.co.uk/osps.pdf
    Thanks
