Please can you tell me whether this is exactly the same from a licence perspective as using the Window Update? Are there any additional risks involved?I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0 -

I was wondering whether accepting this upgrade has any implications on licences - ie) If I do upgrade my Win 7 64 pro desktop - and change my mind, 6 months down the line - will I still be able to reinstall my original Win 7 DVD or will MS deem that my original licence is now updated and as such invalid ?0

EDIT:
UPDATE! IT WORKED! LAPTOP SHUT DOWN PROPERLY!
Thank you to everyone for your help and input! :T
Whilst the laptop now shuts down correctly. I still have the problem when closing the lid. The laptop will not go into 'Sleep' mode, it seems to just freeze and the only way to resolve is press and hold power button to force a shut down and then restart.0 -
if you get that problem sorted , can you look at my consumer infared on a intel nuc ?
looking at the intel forums , weven they (intel) do not have an answer , however it works lovely in Linux!!!!!0 -
Find the recovery and repair and no safe mode pretty useless .0
