Pretty sure they don't, for all they know the other person in the house prefers Indian food over Chinese (or whatever).

Round my way if you want it delivered the minimum order value would mean two meals anyway, so I go to the shop and buy one meal. Although if I don't feel like cooking I'm more likely to get a chicken kebab from the van in the layby a couple of miles before I get home, as he cooks the chicken to order and it's really good.

Please I need to live in a middle of a field with no neighbours.

just don't get why people have to stick there nose in to other people business.

I have just been told that I am not allowed to park on the other side of the road outside someone elses house !!!!!!.

I have a dropped kerb but its down to grass so when its damp or during the winter I can't park there.

Tough I park where there is free space. Don't like it then suck it up.

People don't own the road outside their house! If there are no parking restrictions, anyone can park there.

I know. And even if I do have a off road parking still don't have to use it. Once had a letter left on my car years ago saying you have a drop kerb so use it  But I have been led to believe that in the tenancies for the housing association houses they are suppose to have two allocated parking. Which if they insisted would mess up all the parking around here.

I can tell you if you parked on the corner out side her house either her or her mother would come out gobbing off, But its fine for her to do it.

So I park awkward now as I really don't care about anyone but me :rotfl:

One of our neighbours vandalised hubbys car because he parked in 'their' space outside their house once.

    Flybaby,

Can you give me your expert opinion on the following tools.

I purchased the electric lopper from Aldi today.

But it seems that Lidl have a cordless one on offer from the 31st of August a week monday. it seems to have more going for it such as longer length pole (I know LOL!!!) and more accessories such as a shoulder strap, cover for the blade. Only a 20cm blade rather than 25cm from Aldi.

Now I am not sure. Do I take the Aldi one back and get the Lidl one instead.

    Which one would you prefer?

    Thanks in advance.

    OMG thats so pathetic.

Unless it allocated parking then you can park where you like.

I have one car. A lot of houses have at least 2 cars. One house round here has 4 cars + 1 one his gf comes round but he only has parking for 3. And one car he hardly ever uses. Another one has 2 cars and works van but they have access to park around the back of there houses but don't. Another one lets one of there neighbours park on there drive and they park on the road. So what is that about.

Its feels like I am being harassed by this one person. Parking across my drop kerb but thats ok because I have lights on in my house so I am home or I should use it more often!!!!

Your friendship sounds fascinating WaS i can't comprehend how difficult it must be to live without emotion, or to have to act so to say to fit in with people (my problem is i'm far too bloody emotional)

Calley sorry the car failed the MOT, i swear everyone i know who'd had an MOT recently has failed it..the conspiracy theorist in me reckons they might sometimes break stuff just to charge you to fix it :o

code sorry you've had a bad day (((hugs))) and ~~~~squishes~~~ don't feel too bad about the takeaway, its one day and tomorrow is a fresh start (and as for looking like you're ordering for two, i used to do that with cocktail pitchers... :o always asked for two glasses even though i knew i'd have the whole bloody thing to myself...well it did save me having to keep goiing back to get drinks :rotfl:
