Well done HBS!0

Morning all
Those exercises look good HBS, might give them a try!
Had another tidy out yesterday. Tidied the built in cupboard in the living room. It's wood, so obviously couldn't see in to it, and it's blocked by the sofa, so it's hardly used, but it was bugging me as I knew it would be full of stuff I no longer used and the space could be put to better use.
So got another bin bag full of rubbish and another load for the charity shop. They say if things aren't bringing you any pleasure and or haven't been used in a while, then you don't need them, so I try to stick to that mantra now....I used to be awful for saving every little thing, such as ticket Stubbs, receipts etc. But now I'm starting to realise that I dont need all those things, or birthday cards/Christmas cards that I'd kept....I don't even know what year they're from?0 -
Just found a movie night one on the same website that looks a little more intense - might print it and pin it up under the TV

OMG I am a massive spanner :rotfl:
Went to look at the waterbutt to see how full. Guess who left the tap on from last night!!!!!
Anyhow sorted that out. And I have leaky gutter as well so put a bucket under that to catch more water to bung in the waterbutt.
Oh well :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

calley, don't worry about it. All that is happening here, I reckon, is that your dad is hanging on to his memories of you as a teenager. His comments have nothing to do with how things are now, but help him to manage his own life transitions xxxxx
Edited to add - no, I'm not implying you wet the bed as a teenager :rotfl:They're not called crappy dad jokes for nothing!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
They do look like good exercises HBS. Might keep that in mind for when I am back active again.
Sorry everyone for the grump yesterday, I am feeling a lot better today. Hubby has been lovely and left me a whole load of cleaning and tidying to do today to keep me occupied (at least that is why I am telling myself he has done it!). So hopefully I should sleep tonight.
I think Little Sod might join Gitdog in the lifetime service award Elsien. He just snook upstairs while I was in the bath and has posted used cutlery under my bed so I can't get to it (another lovely present beardy one left for me to keep me busy!). Must remember to fish it out before it starts to smell0 -

I was never like that as teen. I don't think he knows or understands that I suffer with depression and can't understand how some days you can't drag yourself out of bed.
I sleep so badly at the moment I could cry. I get a few hrs sleep and wake up feeling crap. And the problem is then I nap during the day so catch 22.
The way he goes on you would think he is up at the crack of dawn everyday.
