    You have no idea how true that is. And we invariably bring a comedy element to the proceedings.

    We are going for our long service award in the Gitdog hall of fame. The Gitdog hall of fame is an inclusive space and applications are particularly welcomed from anti-social untrainable PITA pets of any kind.

    My silly brain is a little bit on the up today, I managed to not binge-eat last night. I have a half day today so I'm going to have my eyebrows threaded then go for a lovely swim and sauna :)

    I discovered a "TV workout" last night - it's stuff you can do on the sofa in ad breaks - so I started doing that as a bit of a giggle and so I wouldn't snack while catching up on a few programmes.

    My arms and core hurt today! Ha ha ha! It definitely works :)

    Am counting down the hours to this half day :)

    Well a bit of let down today. Its has rained over night but it is still raining LOL!!!!

    Means in door jobs today. And yes I do need a pitch fork to clean the floors:rotfl:


    I will go and look at my water butt later and I hope it has something in it.
