Hi I have been helping my nephew reclaim ppi from 12 loans he has had over the last 14 yrs from halifax He had great news this week they had credited his account with £9.800. really pleased for him. The only question is they have not sent him a letter with the figures on yet so how can we check the interest is right I know they will send a leeter but they have not given time to consider an offer.

Have a few here, not sure which one exact you should write to but hopefully someone who have dealt with them will confirm, however if you post your letters by recorded delivery, keep a check on the 8 weeks, and whoever you post to I believe will forward to the relevant dept. Good luck.;)

Thanks I have already written to the one in Cardiff and had a reply 3 weeks ago to say they were investigating it and that as soon as they had an outcome some1 would contact me. I was hopeing to find an email address so I could email them to find out if there was any progress. Thank you though for replying it is appreciated.
