Hi there

So I take it you are trying to reclaim from 3 loan ppi's with them and they have only came back with a decision on the one?
Or have they combined the 3 for an offer?

I would double check on this before making your mind up on this, and also depending on the actual amount you have paid in PPI as well, if there is a big difference, myself personally would be trying for the full amount, or at least the best offer they can make nearest to the full amount.

If your not sure if this is the outcome for the 3, then I would ring them to make sure.;)

Hi there

Well normally its the ones who set this up, if I were you though, if they are trying to push you on to the othe,r is either send a letter to all and see what they come back with, as one of them are bound to be responsible, or contact the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), they will check this for you on whom you should pursue this with.
http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact/index.html

I'm sure this will be checked by the FOS for you. ;)

Hi Andrea

That is right, I agree with you honey, hope you receive yours soon as well.
What we did to make sure was email them on here:
customer.care.insurance@lloydstsb.co.uk
These are the team that will check the status of your refund for you, you have to give them the ref loan number, make them aware that you understand thy received your acceptance slip on so and so date, and ask them to confirm when you should be receiving your refund, they should get back to you, if you email them tonight then hopefully they will get back to you by tomorrow, as its Good Friday coming up, not sure if they will be working that day or not.

Good luck, if you do this - please let us know what they say, cheers.
Oh and well done on your success.
