Have today received 980.00 from Barclaycard Loans. I started claiming PPI on three loans back in 2008. Went through FOS and was upheld. Paid out in July 2008. I queried that because these were refinanced loans the calculations for the repayment of the PPI etc was different from Stand Alone Loans. Anyway after 18 months and an investigation at FOS the above cheque was received. The original refund was about 5000.00

Wow Max, that is fab :T:T:j:j about time as well lol, Congratulations hunnie :j:TXXX

    Hi there

Yes on your agreement when you taken this out.;)

If you do not have this and its still active, write to them and give them 12 days to send a copy, remember to give them your account number and enclose a £1 postal order or cheque payment.
