I queried that because these were refinanced loans the calculations for the repayment of the PPI etc was different from Stand Alone Loans. Black Horse :- PPI
2 Loans 2001 & 2004 Not covered by FOS
Amount £1700 including 8% interest.
STATUS :-SUCCESSFUL!!!!

Had a number of appeals for the return of my mis-sold PPI from Black Horse turned down, Anyway reading this site for some inspiration in February I read a post saying to email Paul Basset direct. I did on the Thursday and by Tuesday had a written offer of all my PPI plus interest. I accepted and am now waiting for my cheque. £1700 approx so thanks Martin and Thanks to all other Forum users passing on their success and know how.

Anyone else working hard to reclaim don't give up. Black horse customers try direct to:-
