I used your template letter to complain to Lloyds TSB about three instances of misselling of PPIs, one for a loan closed a year ago, one for a current loan and one for a credit Card. I have, to date, received payments of £300 and £2003 and am still waiting a final decision on the third - all this with just three letters! Thank you so much Martin, you are a genius.
Come on all you people who have been missold PPIs by your banks - get writing!0 -

I've just managed to get an agreement from Ikano to repay all ppi payments made on their storecard account. They offered half but with just one letter to say that wasn't good enough they have now agreed to settle the full amount. Only £149 but every little helps.0
