    What were you reclaiming: Credit card
    Who was the provider: Egg
    How much did you get back: £77.02 (so far...)
    Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: First letter
    And then write your brief reclaim tale
    Decided to send the letter after realising it was on my account and didn't know why. They have this morning posted an "adjustment" on my account of £77.02, balance was only £750 anyway. I don't think this is right so I'm going to wait until they send me a letter to explain then question it, but it's £77 I wouldn't have had before!
    Just waiting on Capital One and Barlcaycard now :)

    Well done Josie, Congratulations.:beer::T:beer:

    Offered full refund on loan ppi's, the 2 of them so far with 8% simple interest, will post up the calcs on arrival as I have had to request for these.
    Still have another 2 ongoing with these!:D

    LLoyds TSB finally listened........:j:T:beer:

    Started these in Nov 2009, they requested for more time when 8 weeks had passed, was given 2 offers but was not happy, they were originally final decisions as well, but I pointed out a few issues with them and they agreed to take another look and uphold in our favour.:beer:
    Results came through today in the post.

    Hoorah:j:T:beer::j:T:jBrilliant news Di congratulations well done for your perseverance. Its a great feeling enjoy. Love x:A
