No I don't think they can be a banker, bankers don't share the same morals as this wonderfully informed poster.

I hope you all get made redundant, if half of you morons listened to the calls that took place when you applied for your loans and/or read the paperwork you signed you'd know you agreed to the cover in the first place, but tell you what why don't you all just keep mindlessly applying for money back that you agreed to use towards covering your loan and see how many large companies you can force into being nationalised and smashing the smaller companies into the ground, top work, I love that you can't even write the letter's yourselves you have to copy them from this gimp/Jeremy Kyle wannabe, what sort of person treats the day the bank charges decision was anounced as one of the most imprtant days of his life. Stop mindlessly asking for money back and take resposibilty for your own actions!

  • Hi All,

Just like to let you all know that Clash 1 with Lloyds was a win for me, when I came home yesterday from work there was a letter from Lloyds saying that the amount of£1307.73 will be paid into my account within 21 days.

Great news what a Happy New Year I will have!

The next Clashes are with RBS & Black Horse, 1 down 3 to go, I would like to thank everyone for there advise that I have obtained from reading this Great Site. Thanks MSE.

I hope that the owner & cotributors to this site have a Merry Xmas & a Happy New Year.

I might have more stories for the site in the New Year.

Finally some advise for all the views: as Kate Bush's song states "Don't Give Up"
  • Postman arrived this morning with a letter from BOS regarcing my AA Preference account that I have had since 1999 upholding my complaint! Not sure how to work this one out but average of about £35 a month for 10 years plus interest. Will give me a figure and refund in a month. WINNER!!.

Goes to show you can be successful with claims going back a few years.

2 wins in 2 days Merry Bloody Christmas to all at MSE.
