I didnt let it go though and didnt really give them much chance to move! My method is dont speak to a call centre who will just fob you off about your chq refund speak to the top dog.

Rob said he will amend the account today and the chq will be with me within 10 days as I faxed the acceptance directly to his desk.

I hardly did anything compared to some of the people on here, I take my hat off to you all for preserving.
It was just a bit of luck to try a different approach.. Thought it was best to start at the Top man, got director’s email details from FSA site, it was easy sailing from there. (he must be wondering why he’s suddenly receiving all these emails). :eek: :eek: :eek: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
