ALTHOUGH BLACK HORSE DO NOT ACCEPT THAT THEY HAVE MIS-SOLD ME THE POLICY THEY HAVE PUT ME BACK IN THE POSITION I WAS IN AS IF I NEVER TOOK THE POLICY RESULTING IN A REFUND OF

Just off the phone to Black Horse Complaints Dept..0844-800-7915

chasing up to see when my claim should be settled after sending off my acceptance form on the 11th November.
The timescale they gave me was A MONTH :T so since they didnt recieve my letter back until the 16th of November ,I "should" get my cheque anytime before the 16th of December,just in time for the last minute shopping lol:rotfl:
Apparantly they have a high volume to deal with .....GREAT NEWS FOR ALL :j:j:jX X
