I used that letter, then added bits of my own, to show them that I am serious about what I say, and that I'd rather go through them than Westcot, who are abusive and rile me

Hi Everyone,

Just thought i'd let you all know that I put a claim against picture in May 2009 about the the miss selling of PPI and yesterday I received a cheque for £16,300.81 - with a baby due in 7 weeks this was very welcome in our household!!!

For everyone else waiting on claims keep up the fight - you'll get there in the end! xxxx
