    Hello
Sorry to hear this, just a suggestion but what about the Ministry of Justice? (MOJ)
    http://www.justice.gov.uk/contactus.htm

I think these are the ones to contact.

However, if for some reason your case have been withdrawn, make sure you do not have to pay anything, in my opinion you should not.
You can always try to give it a go all free, and with help from this site.

Please keep us posted on this, good luck.;)

Did you sign anything with the company. If you did have they been in touch at all over it? Was it a company recommended from here by any chance? If you have the name of the company then perhaps you can check them out on the MOJ site Di has given you although they only deal with claims management companies and not solicitors. If this was since passed to a solicitor do you have their names?

Just for the record who was the claims management company? Good luck by the way...;) and if you can withdraw and need any help then just ask away.

I don't know how you stand now as this was passed to the solicitor and your contract you signed is with the solicitor I assume. Most probably the solicitor is the one you need to make the complaint against if they are not communicating etc??? I know that MOJ deals with CMC's but this looks to have gone beyond that.

You will have to read your terms and conditions of what you signed for with the solicitor as you do not want to be landed with a bill although I am sure you can complain if they do. You have waited for 18 months now and its a long time. I hope you get this sorted. What year was your PPI with BH? Maybe the solicitor is nearing an end to it or it will shift their asses if you complain.

I have googled them and they are regulated by MOJ (the claims management company that is) and they also have a complaints procedure here

(if this is the same company??)
