Thanks Di & Marshallka!! ... it's been a lengthy litigation - but well worth it!! - delivering not only the cash but loads of (hopefully) usefull tactics for the MSE community

Thanks to the M.S.E and following the instructions on reclaiming PPI. I can now report my first success in only 3 weeks !!

I claimed against Nationwide Bank for missold PPI on a personal loan, and they accepted full liability, refunding me £300.

That felt good, and thanks to Martin, it was a relatively painless procedure.

1 down , 5 to go !!!! :j
