    Hello there.;)

It could well be, however, I would contact them to double check on this, just in case there is anything else amiss, they should be able to confirm this to you.
    Good luck.

Thanks for your response. I checked today with the bank and I can confirm that it was my PPI refunded with interest, a whopping £4500!!!!. I only sent an initial letter back in March 09 and didn't think that anything would come of it. Am dead chuffed!!!!

    Hi everyone,

I've had a sucessful mis-sold ppi claim with Egg after going through the FOS and i'm just waiting for the offer.

I've had the card since 2003 and i would say i've been paying roughly £55 ppi a month for about 4 and a half years. I'm not paying the card through a debt payment plan. Does anyone know how much roughly i will get??

    Thanks

Hi, you should get all the PPI back you have paid plus 8% statutory interest on each payment from the day it was paid to todays date when it is settled. You can work these amounts out on the bank charges calculator here. You just type in each amount and the date it was actually charged and then add to charges list and it adds them up for you.

  • Confirmation today that the Halifax are refunding me just under £6k. That has made me more determined to persue other claims rigourously !!

    Keep the faith !!

My money from Loans.co.uk finally went into my account on Tuesday after a very long wait. Yippeeeee!!!! Have paid all my bills, got a couple of things to get settlement figures on and can now relax and look forward to Christmas!

Now to sort out the paperwork from AA Personal Finance and put in my claim against them!!

As I've said before, a big THANK YOU to everyone on here whose been so supportive and helpful, especially Di, Pinkniko and Amersall and everyone else whose offered advice and support. Good luck to you all and congratulations on all your successes.
