Hi Di,

I am happy with this amount on my credit card. Just think it's wierd they won't refund on a single premium policy loan so it's two seperate issues.

They said their response on the loan was final so I had to send it to FOS.

I wouldn't worry! The amount of reading we do on this site it's no wonder we go a bit cross eyed!

Thanks! It can be done. Its taken nearly a year. Dont give in everyone. If yoi have a genuine case you will be refunded
