Just to let everyone know that i have successfully reclaimed PPI from MBNA using the templates here. Got £400 plus £100 compensation. Dont ever back down as MBNA were really difficult and unhelpful. Took it to ombudsman and won....Thanks Martin and team. really appreciated.
