I have had my complaint with A&L a while now, how long did you have to wait?

Hi there, don't know if anyone can help me... but I've lost the paperwork for my graduate loan from Lloyds. Should I get a copy of it from them before I claim? If so can I just ring them and ask them?

Hi there. Write to them and ask for a copy and send a £1.00 cheque they have 12 days to reply. Good Luck

Has anyone received an email/survey from EGG asking your views on PPI?

I received one today. Have not answered it as not yet gone down the reclaim route with them and don't want to land myself in it with any answers that could haunt me!
