I emailed the adjudicator again today to see what is happening with my claim and I got the reply below:

I have just been and spoken to our Final Decision team, they have advised that there are some technical issues regarding the general sales process which we are trying to resolved with Loans.co.uk at the moment.
Unfortunately, I cannot give you a definitive date for this to be resolved by as this all depends on Loans.co.uk at this present time. I can assure you that we are doing everything we possibly can to resolve this as quickly as possible for consumers.
If you would like I can diarise to email you every two weeks to give you an update on any progress we have made with Loans.co.uk?
Please accept my apologies for the continuing delay and I would like to thank you for your continued patience.
    Kind regards

What does this mean? what are technical Difficulties? Why does this affect my claim, surely whether or not there is a technical difficulty with loans.co.uk doesn't make any difference to how they sold me my PPI? if any-one can please? to me it seems like another excuse to stall things.

    Please Help!!!
I have 2 PPI claims all being dealt with by FOS could do with a win. I also have 1 PPI claim with FSCS because company gone bankrupt.
I have claim for bank charges on-hold for 3year

    Good-luck all

    Hi Jadest

Goodness knows what they mean by that, unless loans.co.uk computer systems are down in regards of retrieving customers data etc which are taking time......., its the only thing I can think of.

Did you accept their offer of them emailing you every fortnight?

    Aligerdie,

How long did the whole process take? Did you involve the FOS?
I'm about to reclaim my PPI charges on a credit card, from Cap One.
    Many thanks in advance.

    Aligerdie, where are you?
