My other three cases are all with Black Horse. Bit concerned that many posters say that they have had to wait a year with BH but have just printed out the letters:o

I noticed that Terry seemed to have got a result with BH more quickly.

Hi Terry, well done on the result from BH. Can you tell me did you go through the FOS? I have a claim with them & am nearly upto the 12 weeks BH told FOS it would take them to sort claim. All in all since my first letter to BH its been 18 months now. Also if you could reveal any figures invloved in your PPI claim would be helpful as i have no idea how much to expect. Others on here are still waiting as well. Any advise would be appreciated, thanks. SUFC

Originally posted my claim in September 2008 with FOS against Black Horse Finance. However, some people have heard a lot earlier than me you will just have to wait and see!

hiya

i had to go through fos with black horse took about 6 months from start,i had two loans with them one lasting 12 months settled early the other 24 months settled early the 12 month one my ppi was £22 a month and got £754 back including interest and compo the 24 month ppi was £49 a month got back £2300 including interest and compo so not bad result hope this helps

Good morning my dear friends, has anyone heard from Gumbo? Last week was not the week to be, No news from Pictures default
I wrote to my local MP, still waiting for him to get back to me, wont hold out much hope!!
lets hope this week brings loads of money to everyone!!!!

Who was the provider: HSBC
How much did you get back: £701.25
Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: One letter
And then write your brief reclaim tale

Sent my letter off on 1st April 2009, received the standard reply from them on 7th April. Then on 30th April got another letter from them asking for a further 4 weeks, then 27th May got a letter from them saying "Whilst I do not accept the allegations you have set out, on this occasion I am prepared to settle your complaint, without any admission of liability".
I sent the accetance form off the same day, the very next day I got a phone from HSBC to make an appointment with them to reconstruct my loan.

I went into the branch last week to re-do my loan at the same rate, which it is but received my new contract in the post today to sign and send back but have noticed that I am being charged £82.38.

My original loan repayments were £136.65 plus £23.81. I was told my new payments would be £136.65 but because this £82.38 has been added on I'm now paying £145.82

Is this right?

Hello funky, I hope this is the week but must admit I have made up my mind not to hear anything until the end of June so I dont drive myself MAD:mad:!!!!!
The last email said " a few weeks " on the 4th June I think.
Of course if it goes past the end of June I will be camping outside the FSCS with a placard!!
