Helloooooo!!!

Just a quick note to let you know that I have today checked my online account with Cap One and they have credited just over £1000 to it!!!

I can't thank you all enough for all your help, especially Di, Amersall, Turbo and Max

I feel so good today.....and it's Fridayyyyyyyyyy....YIPEEEEE :j

Hi All,

Wanted to share a quick success and say definitely worth continuing pursuing these types of claims.
After initially requesting SAR from Halifax credit card I received an offer for the charges which I've initially rejected and awaiting to hear back but today received a letter regarding my missold PPI saying that they have investigated and agreed I was missold and will return the card back to the status as though no PPI had been taken out, if they include interest charges on the balance it will mean a return of some £900!!!!!!

Has just made my year as money so tight at the moment!

when you are waiting a long time for a company to pay out after fos tell them too you should be entitled to extra payment from the company and then it might make them get their fingers out,:rolleyes: some people are on the borderline as far as cash goes and i think its disgusting they are being treated like this, BRING BACK HANGING I SAY:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
