PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

Hi, My Name is Mark.
I work for a completely Free and Ethical Claims Company. I am not here to advertise the buisness in anyway, but to offer some free advice which you could all benfit from.
First of all, what you need to realise when considering an offer from your lender or when you're about to make a claim is that Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is between 50 to 85% pure commision for the lender.
This is how I would work the claim out:
1. You want the initial PPI figure back.
2. You want the secret commision back which remember is between 50 to 85% on top of your PPI figure.
3. Then you want the interest on this figure, that the loan has been charged at, eg. 12.9%.
4. You also want on top of that, the statutory rate of interest which is 8%.
5. You should also challenge the enforceabillty of the loan.
In addition to this infomation, If anybody would like any advice or help please feel free to PM me or contact me on this forum.
Hope this info helps!
why can't you keep your advice open to the forum, not by Pm.0 -
I have not pm'd anybody. If you would like my advice please feel free to ask.
I post openly to anybody that needs help!
:T
MY point is this site is for help & advice, so when people come on mentioning claims companies within their first posts, it comes across a self promotion, & this site is not for advertising,
i apologize if this was not your intention, but why mention the claims company & not just come on & give advice.0 -
It's irrelevant whether or not you agree or disagree with my figures. The figures I gave are industry standards.
I mentioned that I work for a Claims Company just to give a brief introduction of myself, I am not promoting my work or the company I work for, but I am offering my help.
i am still waiting for figure's to be revealed from a lender about commisions, & not once has any percentage been mentioned by the solicitor im using because they just don't know?0 -
Where I work, commission has never and is never paid, so when we get a claim saying a secret commission was paid we just say "No it wasn't".0

There have been very few cases won using undisclosed commissions on their own. Unfortunately, there is very few people that understand this buisness. There our 500 claims companies out there and less than 1000 cases in court. The reason for this is they don't have the money to go to court. What I am trying to say you is, if you want to go to war with the lender you need as much ammunition as possible, secret commision is just one area of the claim.
Imagine if their was a totally free service out there to do all of this for you!
The FOS and CAB are two of them.....or have a look on the internet and do it yourself.0 -

the problem is introducers for claims companies thought clients would come running, but there's no trust , because of the lies from both sides.
that's why your on here, your not the first & wont be the last. it ok giving figures but proof would be nice to back it up.
this is the last i will say on this, people can judge for themselves.0 -
IF this isn't touting i don't no what is.

I completely agree :T
And as you can probably tell from my posts to every person who comes on here praising a claims company - I don't like them!
I have too many customer's on the phone everyday complaining that the claims company are ripping them off and even trying to make claims for customers who don't want to claim and have no idea the claims company are doing this. :mad:0 -

i have used one myself & they have done what they said they would so far.
I just wish they would let consumers find them via there websites or flyers, but not using this forum.
& it sounds like F/F who the above work for & i have used them, but its way to early for figures to be spouted.0 -
No, I decide if a PPI complaint is upheld or declined.0

Are you serious? This website/forum is designed to help people get the best deal and make sure they aren't getting ripped off.
From what I've read, it sounds like Southmoss was recommending using a free service.
Why wouldn't you want you want someone to tell people to use a FREE service, on a forum where people are primarily looking for cheap/free ways to do things?
Think about what you are saying.0
