  • Another Success, almost £11,500 from Lloyds TSB for a variety of loans over the last 20 years. Started claim in Feb and all paid out in full yesterday with no comparative redress. In fact when I spoke to their team on the phone they gave me details of more account numbers I was not aware of !

Next stage is an old Barclaycard that has been account closed for more than 6 years . Fingers crossed !

Can anyone advise at all ?
I was the Director of my own Limited Company which was closed in 2012.
I have just received a PPI Cheque from Barclays made out to the now defunct Limited Company which I cannot bank as the company and account no longer exist.
Can I ask them to issue a new one made payable to me or is this money now not useable ?
    Any help please ?

    could be this one?.
Very excited to receive a cheque from Littlewoods today for £5,349.28 as they upheld my complaint. It only took one phone call and 10 minutes to fill in a form - and to think I nearly didn't bother as I thought it would be a long drawn out process !

    Well, it could be. ;)

    Or how about this one?
I contacted Littlewoods around 6 weeks ago to see if I had PPI, I did from 2002-2004. One form filled in and returned, had a letter and a cheque today for £947. Absolutely chuffed :-)

    Or this

I I then contacted Littlewoods catalogue over the telephone about Agent Care 500 insurance and despite having to get a little bit stroppy with them they have agreed to pay me back £97.
    Or
I wrote a letter of complaint to Littlewoods and within two weeks I had every penny of PPI returned back to me. In total, some £200.

    Or very many others!!

Maybe all successful Littlewoods PPI recipients will reply? :D
  • In August 2015 I visited the local Lloyds bank to ask about PPI after reading your site and finding some bank documents from 2009. One of the customer service advisors printed out all the loans, accounts I had had with the bank placing an asterisk next to ones with PPI on them giving me further instructions how to claim it back. I completed the forms online using the account details he gave me and sent the forms in. I received a phone call a couple of weeks later acknowledging the forms asking questions about an account from 20 years ago and letting me know the process and when I would hear about a decision. As the decision time came closer I received another call from the same person asking the same questions, not entirely sure why. A week later I received an offer of £15,000, the money was then paid into my bank within two weeks. I cannot thank you enough as I have always had to watch every penny so this money was a godsend.
I have recently applied to Capital One and within two weeks was sent an offer of £3800. I followed your instructions and did not use an agent. It is so easy to do.
