Have called the FOS again, we were also due our letter on the 16th October, they were very apologetic and said that it must have been missed! They said that it could now take up to 18 months even though they have all the information, we are just waiting for an adjudicator. They couldnt give me any timme scale - Very frustrating!!

Haven't called FOS for the past 2months getting fed up of them telling me the same thing over and over again mine has been with them over 11months it:mad: has been at the top of the queue waiting for an adjudicator for 3months and still nothing they told me it could take up to 18months all i hope for is a positive outcome after all this

Hi. update and another question im afraid. Done as you said and went to FSCS and they stated could not make a claim against moneypartners as there must have been another broker involved, and they have been advised claims cannot be made against moneypartners. After a lot of looking through the paperwork I find that the broker is written in small print at bottom of agreement and is Loanmakers Limited. Advised them of this and they said these are in default as well and will send form to complete. recd form yest, but on starting to complete it (which seems complicated as for this one mortgage we have 4 companies involved.moneypartners, loanmakers, sterling ins, and Kensington mortgages)I remember that we made a one month claim on the policy about 2+ years ago as my husband was off work sick for 6 weeks. Are we still going to be able to claim, as we are infact making the complaint as we were told we had to have it, it was front loaded onto our loan amount, and it only covered us for 5 years but paying for 25 years. Dont want to spend time completing if not covered. Thanks for your help.

Complete the form, they will take the claim you made off any compensation they give you.

Hi All - Love this website and thanks for all your posts really helps!

Well I posted two loan ppi's (Forms from this site) to Santander on 13th September recorded delivery - checked Royal mail they had them on 14th September.
I haven't had any reply not even a standard letter to say looking at my claims.

Can anyone give me some guidance on this? Thanks.

Give them a call and ask if they are looking at your complaint if you don't hear by friday.

Has anyone had any success with Direct Auto Finance/Yes Car Credit? I sent a SAR form and copy of agreement to them. They basically sent a reply denying everything on the form. Now the ombudsman need ME to check who were the underwriters on the 2002 policy as they need that to make the claim????? I thought they were meant to help?

Contact Yes car credit and ask who the insurer was they should tell you.

New here :) Does anyone have an up-to-date mailing address for Universal Credit Ltd (formerly Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL) as I need it to send in a PPI claim?

Also, does anyone have any information on a company called Royscot Financial Services Lts (formerly George House, North HanoverStreet, Glasgow G1 2NY), ie parent company, current address etc.

Sorry to come in with loads of questions on my first visit but I'm hoping someone can help :)

Hi, I have never heard of them to be honest, maybe another poster may be able to help, what year were these?.

I successfully reclaimed from HFC for a consolidation loan. I got £1357 back however they say as its over 6 Years ago they haven't got details of the first loan with them. I find this hard to believe as it was paid off by the second loan by them. I have tried calling them several times but they are adamant they have no.details of the first loan. I don't have the paperwork either but I know i was cold called and offered the loan there and then. Any advice? Thanks
