This is what you do regarding a complaint against FOS.

Please do this, they should not get away with it, there are others too who have been waiting far too long for a claim to be resolved.
This is rather a complaint directly to FOS rather than one about them.
Can't really have a regulator of a regulator! However, I do agree that users of the service deserve better than waiting for endless months.

I did, just forgot to delete that bit. I'm starting to get the hang of it though and everyone seems to be very helpful and patient.

    Thanks

    Well donw Benji!! Thats fantastic!

Can you tell me what info they had for the two loans they found and paid you compensation for please?

I have a similar claim with them and Im having trouble finding any info at all.

    Thanks and congrats again!!

Hi I sent two separate questionnaire forms to lloyds on the 2nd April.
About a week later I received letter from them to tell me they where looking into my complaints, and the reference on the top of the page had 4 other loan account numbers.
All they have on the oldest loans is account numbers so they are not sure what PPI was on them so offered compensation.
    Hope this helps
Good luck with yours hope you get good news soon :D
  • good day folks
thought we had finished with claiming but we believe that there is some mileage in doing a SAR so we have.sent off to lloyds and now waiting for a reply we think maybe at least 3 more claims to do but we await the reply on the SAR.
cost 10 quid / a stamp/and one quick telephone call and i mean quick straight through .
will keep everybody informed at later date.
as for HMRC we want to pay what we owe have been informed got to do a self assessment form and will be asked for the money after jan 31st 2013 flippin heck no wonder this country is in a mess.
    good luck to all
