    Thanks Amersall I will. In pulling the paper work together for the FSO I noticed the figures didn't add up. Of the £4k they said was outstanding i had repaid £2.6k so I called them back. They have now agreed there has been an error and will rexamine and come back with a revised offer in 2 weeks time. Ill repost in the other firum as well though.

    Hi there, we received a letter out of the blue from NEMO finance offering us a refund of our PPI premiums etc, we have of course accepted and have posted the letter of acceptance back, does anyone know how long we can expect to wait before they cheque arrives?

    Just got £1,140 back from Barclays, Hubby phoned them about 6 weeks ago, wrote to the address the lady on the phone gave him, received a form back to fill in, sent that off the next day and the money just appeared in our bank account today :) (that's the holiday paid for)

    Sorry if I caused confusion. I had to take the link out of your response I quoted as Im a newbie but thought I should try and give guidance. Now I feel a little foolish. Oh well. Onwards and upwards.
