What you mean by that, the reason i asked about the phone call is because im not 100% sure only 99%, the reason for this is that ive had so many loans i may have got confused so if im wrong im wrong and it will be rejected, im not trying to get money off anyone else only money IVE paid but if my info is wrong then so be it and it gets rejected and i move on, thanks for your help anyway.0 -

Morning everyone! I really need your HELP "big time". Hubby rang AGAIN this morning for an update on his claim, well. he was escalted 2 weeks ago on the 12th, under investigation last week 19th and today was sent away with a flea in his ear!!!! He was told in no uncertain terms that he was "under investigation alright". This is awful, he's in to his 12th week now and to be spoken to like that is quite frankly not acceptable. PLEASE HELP us everyone!!! We can't go to our MP as he's got a reputation of disregarding PPI claims, he does n't get involved at all. We just don't know when this will end. 35 years with Lloyds and spoken to like that. I'm so upset for him.0

Take any relevant paperwork and go to your local branch and request to speak to somebody, something similar happened to me and they acted very quickly by phoning the ppi dept etc.
Good luck!0 -
