Also win of 1565 from lloyds tsb,
All it took was one letter, I didn't even have any account numbers, just wrote to them telling them the address I lived at, the 2 loans that they have returned my ppi on are from 2000 and 2001, so that's 12 years. The only question I have is in the letter from the bank it says that the the rate of interest, 8%, is calculated up until the 26th March 2012,if I don't receive the monies by then can i then charge the bank. 8% until I receive the monies.
I also have a claim going through HSBC so I will keep you updated on that one. Again no account numbers, they wrote back telling me I had 5 accounts that had ppi applied so watch this space.
Thats amazing we waiting for to here back from llyods they told us the letter is in the post when we called on friday!!! they told us on the phone tho what we were getting for the credit cards so seems odd to me that wouldnt say about the loans!!!! Very nervous about it fingers crossed

To date, we have a successful, £23,000 refunded to us, that was for 4 loans and 2 credit cards dating back to sept 2000. We are still awaiting to hear from 2 loans.
Don't think the time of filling out forms and getting data is time consuming, it is worth it.
I have since helped both my brothers to put claims in. One has already received £2,500.
Thank you Martin lewis, couldnt of done it without your website and information.
Wow thats amazing was that all through llyods. we received a letter about 2 cc offering 1700 and waiting for the response on the 10 loans since 98!!!! very nervous to say the least0 -

Hi Yes, all through Lloyds, been using them since mid 1990's. It was one of their employees who gave me account numbers and told me I had nothing to lose...I dug out my credit file today and have found the amount of the loan one of the ones we still awaiting but couldnt find the other one, but they are the ones who have said *sorry this has happened will will investigate and contact you shortly*Wow thats amazing was that all through llyods. we received a letter about 2 cc offering 1700 and waiting for the response on the 10 loans since 98!!!! very nervous to say the least
Lloyds for us have paid out very quickly, someone mentioned a date the interest is calculated up till, the first ones we had come back paid out at least 10 days before that date.
The one I heard about on Thurs had a date of 29th March...so I hope that will be the same.
I still have some non lloyds claims to put it, the one I am really quite cross about it Littlewoods because I remember asking to cancel their *shopping ins* and being told it came with the account and to cancel it, I had to pay off balance and close my account. I have had that catalogue since I was 18 and I am now 42. They will be receiving a letter In April.
Good luck with the ones you are waiting on, are they all Lloyds too? you will have a lovely surprise if they are, I understand they are paying out without too much arguement x0 -
I will contact them tomorrow, might be as well cancelling my card they took the £1 out what do you think0
