Hi We went through them they took £1 out of our account i have been trying to contact them since January, then 2 weeks ago our bank contacted us to offer us money, we tried to ring the company as advised to see if we should accept it but they have not returned our calls, in the end as we could not contact them we dealt with it our selves0

i looked on this site but could not find them0

Report them to the MOJ on the link i gave you above, write the company a letter and say you will not be paying the fee for the mis sell claim as you had to do the work yourself and could not contact them to cancel the contract and you do not believe they acted in your best interests. Let them know that you have reported them to the MOJ and send the letter recorded delivery so you know they have received it, do not pay them any money until you get a response from your letter.0

Also win of 1565 from lloyds tsb,
All it took was one letter, I didn't even have any account numbers, just wrote to them telling them the address I lived at, the 2 loans that they have returned my ppi on are from 2000 and 2001, so that's 12 years. The only question I have is in the letter from the bank it says that the the rate of interest, 8%, is calculated up until the 26th March 2012,if I don't receive the monies by then can i then charge the bank. 8% until I receive the monies.
I also have a claim going through HSBC so I will keep you updated on that one. Again no account numbers, they wrote back telling me I had 5 accounts that had ppi applied so watch this space.0 -
