    Hi everyone,

came home from work today to find a letter from Lloyds TSB on the doormat. My complaint has been accepted :j and the following will be done:
    • calculate a full refund of all PPI premiums that have been paid
    • add interest charged on the premiums during the terms of the loan
    • remove any outstanding payments and interest remaining on the PPI loan
    • to give you the choice of reducing your monthly repayments (assuming you wish to accept the offer)
Lloyds have agreed to pay £1527.60 plus interest accrued (payment will be made on my loan account):T

I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. All it took was the first template letter. Thank you Martin and everyone else who helped to clear a couple of things before I send the letter off. I am forever grateful!

    Thanks
    xxxx
under what grounds did you claim your refund

Quick update on my HFC PPI reclaim.

I received a letter from HFC bank to settle my claim for mis-sold PPI. I had the figure of £400 or there about, the letter breaks it down as follows HFC are paying me £1,419.74 plus 8% stat interest £765.48 making a grand total of £2185.22 :j . I would have been happy with the £400 ;) , so now I can clear all of my overdrafts, and start to concentrate on the credit cards.

Once again massive thanks to Di3004, maxdp & pinknico. I couldn't have done it wihout your help. THANK YOU ALL

    Fantastic Sparky, brilliant result.x

Realy great news, arthurdick. Enjoy x:beer:
