Hi guys keep up with the winning the stories are great. Could anybody help have requested a sar from clydesdale and they are stating they can only go back 7 years is this correct? if so what do i do about all previous loans if i have no paper work on them:eek:0 -
Just a quick update received a letter today from Littlewoods after speaking with them on Monday to day they have upheld my claim as "it seems that the policy would have been of little benefit to you".
It's only for £105 but I am well chuffed and never thought for a second that i'd get anything back from them after reading other peoples stories on here.
So anyone else who is thinking about claiming back from littlewoods just keep at it and you'll get there!!! :TSuccessfully claimed back total of £2802 PPI
Total Debt £26188 Sept 11 £21350 Jan 12 £17663 June 12 £16797 July 12 £15900 Aug 12 £15004 Sept 12 £14191 Nov 12 £13849 Feb 13 had a few unexpected breakages!! Sept 13 £14310 March 14 £9600

I presume you paid the £10?,this should give all info they have on you, they may be right regarding the 7 years, this will depend on the years the previous loans were taken out.;)clydesdale bank

If they rolled these loans over, you could put the mis sell claims in for the ones you have paperwork for,but let them know one loan paid the previous one off and ask them to look into these too,you never know they may just find you.

Hi all
Just an update received our Firstplus cheques today whoop whoop, 8 weeks and 3 days after we sent back the (first) acceptance (4/10/11), the first was sent back because the signatures didnt match !. Faxed back new ones, told them it was rubbish - they did match and that they were just wasting time, they told me I had to start the 6-8 weeks ago, told them NO !. So was surprised to get cheques so quickly. Started the claim back in June 2011.
I did email Bob Diamond on Tuesday evening (29/11/11), no reply as yet not sure if my email and the cheques were just coincidential or whether it shifted them on (envelope postmarked 1/12/11).
The settlement figures we were given for acceptance were £4162 and £855 (interest), we received £4658 and £1377, I assume that this is extra interest ? Does anyone know ? would it be from 4/10/11, it seems a lot extra and dont wanna spend it if its wrong. Any advice ?
and lastly a big big thank you to everyone on here for all your help, couldnt have done it without you. :j:T:A
Just waiting to hear back from Tesco Personal Finance now decision should be next week0 -
