PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

Just joined the PPI debate forum, and just wanted to let others know about my case.I sent my claim off to Lloyds TSB for 2No loans in May 2011. Both were upheld by letter with no figures in August 2011. Acceptance sent back to TSB at the begining of September 2011, and as you would expect, I have not received any final sum,let alone payment, and it is now November 2011. It would appear that Lloyds TSB are actioning claims at random, despite what they say on their helpline. Just got to wait I suppose.
How annoying!
You definatey deserve a further payout for all the waiting and the distress caused.
Contact your local MP, get him or her to chase them up for you, good luck x;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

also think when the BT phone bill comes through, they will get a bill for the phone call charges too.0

All 6 loans were done on one complaint reference number so cant see why they were not all paid at the same time. Time to phone up again and hear a different story i guess. With the boss man suffering from stress, who do we email now to help get this solved?
Hi, first of all well done on your success!
Hmmm, I have been suggesting local MP's, they will want your vote and are under the government, so hopefully they will write on your behalf.
Maybe worth a shot, if you do decide to ask your MP, ask them to send you copies of letters sent and any correspondence received.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I don't blame you, considering they do not have a free tel number!;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

How come I get told that they are dealing with payments in a strict order based on date of claim or date of offer and this case gets settled before mine, when my offer was dated 8 September?
Lloyds, no wonder they are having problems if they don't know 8 comes before 9.
My letter is also dated 8th September and guess what no payment. 8 weeks up today so hoping I have a nice surprise waiting for me when I get home from work:)0 -
I have given up phoning the Jackanory staff at Lloyds TSB now .... different day, different story.
Am just going to sit back & wait for the payment to be put into my bank.... another tall story from LTSB.0 -

I'm at home now and the postman did not have a letter for me when he came today, so don't hold your breath!
There is, of course, always tomorrow and the next day and the next week and the next month and also not so long until next year. Question is which will come first, my money or 2012?Money Saving IQ 142 - Does that mean I am tight?0 -

Hi
How long have you been waiting?
A silly question really, because I assume a very very long time!:o
Have you thought about contacting your local MP to chase them for you?
Meanwhile, I hope you receive your money soon, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
