  • Hi,

My friend has been rejected by Barclaycard for their credit card ppi. They say having conducted a full review of all the information we had accessed in the course of their investigations they found no evidence that the policy was mis-sold. As a result they were not able to uphold the complaint.

Of course there is the option to head to the FOS within 6 months. However has anybody else experienced this with the likes of Barclaycard etc and has any advice etc?

    Hi Di
My hubby still waiting for his money from BOS the interest is paid up till 05/10/11, what else can we do , he has sent an email to Antonio Osario.
He is worried that annoying the CEO will prevent us from getting our money,is it safe to send an email and ask for a bacs payment and give your account details?
It seems that some people have had their payments that way.
Good luck to everyone who is waiting.
well done to all of you whohave wonxx
