PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

hi to everyone and well done, i too have been told i have been succesfull and have received my offer 12000 from lloyds. Di with her support to everyone gave me the courage to submit complaint also all the other many contributers made it simple too many to name but you know who you are thank you all so much.

I haven't posted on this thread before. But i read all you successes and decided to send my letters in to Barclaycard and MBNA. I received my paperwork from MBNA saying i applied for the card over the net and i ticked the box for PPI. I don't remember doing this so i wrote back to them claiming mis selling. Last week i got a letter saying the would investigate within 28 days. Today i got a letter saying my claim is being upheld. How shocked am i. I'm getting £1,206 back. Ok it's gonna reduce my balance on my card, but i'm sooo chuffed with myself.

Just waiting for Barclaycard now. Thank you everone for writing your post. I couldn't have done it without you all xxx

OMG I've come home to a cheque for just over £1300 from Egg :T:T:T I can't quite believe it yet. It's only been just over a month since I sent them the questionaire. Many many thanks to di3004, Marshallka and amersall for advice and help. :beer::beer::beer:

Just to give an idea of my journey. Started claim in Nov 10. Sent to FOS Feb 11 , Upheld letter from FOS on 7/9

I would email the above and tell them your still waiting and will appreciate they let you know when you should be receiving your refunds.

hi peeps been a while since i posted,well done to all you recent winners iam 1 week away from 16 week deadline and havent heard diddly from halifax i relation to my ppi claims for p/loan,cc and mppi what do you advise i do ? sit it out give them the extra week ,contact them remind them i exist lol or is no news good news im getting itchy fingers ! lastly if the 16 weeks is up and they havent made contact what avenues are then open to me? does it give me anymore leavarage if they dont contact me within the alllotated timescale anybodys input i am interested in what do you all suggest thanks all tcx
