I have just been on the phone with EGG for the last 20 minutes. As they had rejected my PPI complaint, I sent them £10 together with a SAR letter. I then received a letter from them requesting that I sent them another £1 if I wanted credit agreement. I rang and told them that the credit agreement should be included within the SAR and the £10 charge. Finally spoke to a supervisor who agreed this.
The information followed today, and the credit agreement is not included (the main information I wanted). Hence my phone call today, and again they are saying they do not have to send me the credit agreement but if they are willing to do so it does cost me a further £1 as not part of the SAR. I have argued this, and someone is calling me back, but can one of you brainy lot, please confirm that I am correct?

Wish i had some news, i am in for the long haul with FOS V Norton Finance is anyone else in battle with them, i have had a few standard letters from the fos saying how busy they are etc i do think they may have made contact with norton as they state, you may receive an offer from them ( i imagine they will try to fob us off with a poxy offer) if so contact us, so for all of us that are waiting sit tight.
PS Great to see so many getting their money back well done.

These banks are taking us all for a ride...first they fraudulently take this money then they drag it out once a court case orders them to return it. I am so disgusted with this whole situation...then to hear that people are defending their slow responses.. it just amazes me...:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
Hi
Congrats on your successes
Just had a letter from Barclaycard rejecting the claim. Would you mind telling me how you applied for your barclaycard? Thanks0 -
