Morning!
I sent off the acceptance to Lloyds by recorded delivery on 3/9.Not heard a sausage about the payment breakdown/how much/when, despite opting for text updates. Honestly, how long do they need??
Here's hoping for a bumper day of payouts for you all.:T:T0 -
Guys. Great news Egg have upheld my claim on my loan but can't tell me what i will get back. Also after initial rejection they have reopened my case on my Credit card after i asked that they reconsider their original rejection. Happy days and i dont have a clue what the loan will be worth.0

I received a letter from Barclays yesterday advising me that they are upholding my complaint. My loan was for £25k and the monies they are refunding is £7100. They have said that it will take up to 40 working days to refund the money to me, it will be paid into my Barclays account. So now I don't need to do anything else but wait for them to pay me back..... hurrah! :T They had until 3rd October to respond to me so I'm hoping the money will be paid sooner than 40 days (mid November).0

Hi Guys, I'm abit new to this site so wondered if I could get some advise.
I went through Key Financial Claims to make a claim to the Nat west for mis sold PPI payments back in April this year.
I received a letter back from the Natwest saying offering me a 'Goodwill' offer of £3500, but also that after investigating they saw that my loan was part of a chain of consolidated loans and have made me the further 5 offers; £132, £650, £1,200, £1,700 and £14,100.
Each offer came on a different letter which I have sent back the acceptence slip for each. I have been paid the £3500 already after 1 week, but I haven't been paid for the other offers yet and it's been about 10 working days now, even though it did say that I should expect payment within 28 working days should I be worried that they will re-think these offers and change their minds? I know it's silly but I'm truefully over the moon at the payments as I only expected to get back around £1000 in total!
Also Key Financial Claims didn't have a clue about any of the additional offers that the Natwest/RBS have made, and since paying them their 29.5% charge for the inital claim they have sent me a letter saying that as far as they are concerned this case is closed. Does that mean I don't have to pay them for the other amounts that I should recevie?
I'm trying to keep my feet on the ground here! :-)0 -
Good Morning All
:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:TCongratulations to all winners:T:T:T:T:T:T
Just received letter from Lloyds for Credit Card offer £10366.79 to be paid direct in to my current account
Calculations:
Difference between the actual and revised balance £10,144.13
Credit Interest at 8% per annum simple 222.66
TOTAL £10,366.79
Does this sound correct
Annual interest rate being charged on this card is 19.40%
card goes back to 1999 ( PPi cancelled 1 year ago - advised by financial adviser at the bank as my balance wasnt reducing and I didnt need it anyway!!!! ):mad: I still have a balance of £7369
I phoned them this morning and the guy said this is the amount that will be paid to my account and not to my credit card as long as I'm not over my credit card limit (which I'm not - limit is £8000) so I presume that I have to pay off my card with this payment
thanks in advance0 -

shar1234,
Also got the same letter on Sat. 40 days seems like forever though! Congratulations on your win. Keep the forum updated when you get yours. I will post my payment date as well. I am sure so many more have been given this 40 day time-frame.0 -
Dear Forum,
I have just been on the phone to HFC. My claim went to FOS in Sept 2010. I got a letter from FOS on Sat stating that HFC has agreed to pay and that if I did not reply in 14 days it will be assumed I agreed to the payment and information will be passed onto HFC. I spoke to HFC this morning asking for time-frames. A very nice lady said once FOS informs them they pay out in 3 weeks. I called FSO and was told that due to delays in the past they do not send out forms for clients to sign and send back anymore. They assume non-response is acceptance and do spread sheets to inform banks in 14 days. I hope this helps others in similar situations. I will keep the forum updated!0 -

OMG I know.... 40 working days as well, at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I will post when they make the payment so anyone with Barclays can see how long it really takes :rotfl:0
