Should I be contacting them to make sure the letter arrived and is being actioned? Or should I leave it a little while? Do they send out a response letter saying they have received the acceptance as standard or do you just wait it out until the settlement arrives(I've asked for a transfer to bank account)?

Anybody had any recent settlements from Barclaycard and roughly how long from acceptance to payment?

Hiya you could just give them a call (it will be a long wait on the line though at least 45 mins from my own experience)

I did the same on saturday (03/09/11) to halifax - i was feeling lazy to go to the post office so just put in the letter box. I called yesterday and the lady i spoke to confirmed they receievd it on monday.

the number i have or them Barclay card is 0844 5560104 / 01452 828010

I wish i had paid more attention to my envelope - i was so excited i just signed - put in envelope and posted.

Halifax acceptances went in the post at the end of August still waiting on these-no figures though..

I sent the FOS form off to Morgan Stanley at this address!

They then sent it on to Barclaycard as mine switched over too!!
