Also, having rejected HSBC's offer last week because they had not included contractual interest, they have emailed me today to say my offer is being recalculated to include the contractual interest and they will advise me of the outcome asap.

Just waiting for figures now - hopefully they're nice ones !

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone can help please? I have sent two PPI claims one to Egg and the other to Blackhorse, both 9 weeks ago. I have heard from egg at the 4 week and 8 week mark. They have said they need another 4 weeks till 24th Aug. How ever I have only heard from Blackhorse once back in June.
First can anyone tell me if they think egg will go all the way 24th? and does anyone have the email contact address for Blackhorse?

Hi there,ring the number on the last letter Blackhorse sent you and get an update.

Egg could be quicker than the time they stated, good luck and fingers crossed x.

Thanks for that, I have just given Blackhorse a call and they said its a 16 week time frame. So I am just going to have to sit back and wait and hope they upheld.
