    Hi,

I've been told to only use the :

    CustomerServices@santander.co.uk

The phone number I used this morning for NRAM is 0844 4774 039 that is for personal loans :D

    HTH:)

Thanks, however they have told me only head office can answer questions regarding the 8% interest calculation - they told me to phone 0191 436 0047 again - and guess what no one is answering!

Right, getting frustrated and pleased with all the MBNA complaints that are being upheld as the time for my complaint was 28/7/11. (final date for completion)
Have called and requested manager call back after call back but getting nowhere.

Does anyone have the CEO email address please please please.

I'm in the same position of you with a completion date of 28th July. I spoke to the customer advocate team on Friday and they advised that they are currently running up to 14 days behind the deadlines and to bear with them as they are fully aware of those complaints which have gone over the deadline and are dealing with them as quickly as they can - if you believe them :rotfl:
    Nationwide Loan - Success - £2,596.24 - 8 weeks Egg CC - Success - £99.51 - 2 weeks Lloyds CC - Success - £1,151.27 - 16 weeks & 2 days
Lloyds Loan - Success - £186.17 -Waiting for payment Virgin CC - Rejected - but 23 days into re-opened complaint - update overdue

but, the thing that annoys me is they have you over a barrell, you just have to take it!!! The payment would clear off the card, but if you refuse to pay until the sort it out they slap a late payment charge on, it's a win win for them:eek::mad::eek::mad:

I took this out in 2000 and PPI was stopped in 2006, the CC is settled. The rate of the card was 16.9%.

Any calculations would be greatly appreciated.:D

The figures that are needed are the monthly PPI amounts.

Without them, it isn't possible to do any calculations.

It looks like it will be substantial though :money:

    HI all

I put in a claim for my MBNA card and sent them all the details on the 2nd June. They replied by e-mail to let me know they will give me a reply by the 29th July. (I guess this is the 8 weeks). 29th has come and gone with no reply, so I called them on monday, A very nice lady chased around the departments and told me that a letter was sent on the 29th july telling me they will now reply to me in another 21 days.
Does MBNA have the extension now if not shall I put some pressure on them or wait the 21 days?

Good news my better half wrote to egg saying she had an egg card not sure if she had ppi or what the card number was, so just gave her name and address. a cheque arrived for £300 this morning. She has always been the lucky one.:rotfl:

    Hiya

Some contact details on the Mbna site below.
    http://www.mbna.co.uk/contact-us/

Do you have an online account with them?
If so I think you can email them that way, will check elsewhere for the CEO address for you and post them to you as soon as possible.

    Hi

First of all well done on your better half's success!

Most of the banks as you are aware have been given more time, cannot remember the list literally, but I am aware that any of them may ask for more time if they're unable to deal with the complaint on the time they first said, hopefully this means good news for you, so fingers crossed, also if you ever need to email the CEO of MBNA the email is below, good luck.;)
